Studio Classes

I currently teach at one location in the South Bay; the welcoming, gorgeous, flow studio, The Yoga Harbor, in Torrance. I currently teach three times per week. Check the schedule for updates.

The Yoga Harbor

Memberships

1 Month Unlimited $114 per month Valid for one month from first use. No minimum purchase. Pay as you go.
Auto pay membership $99 per month Valid for one month from purchase. Requires minimum purchase and contract. Available in store only.

Private Instruction

Private instruction gives you a chance to learn and ask questions outside of a group class structure. I can create a practice that works for you! If you are interested in any of the following, please feel free to reach out with any questions!

  • Beginners Practice: New to the mat? Looking to learn the correct alignment and safe way to access the basic poses? Want to work on sequencing? This is the right fit for you!
  • Meditation: Center yourself, reconnect, manage stress and anxiety. I can walk you through a variety of visualization exercises to help you develop a regular meditation practice.
  • Stress Relief: Gentle movement and pranayama can help manage stress and anxiety in your daily life. I can customize a program to show you how!
  • Flexibility and Strength: Build your stamina, improve your strength and get centered all at once!

All sessions are $100 and occur in a location of your choosing. I can also arrange a location to train in for an additional cost if you are interested. Package discounts are available.
